The challenge
Trainline required an in-depth analysis of their bold new campaign’s performance, so we tailored a program that reflected the campaign’s complex matrix of multiple channels and executions across those channels.
Design
Our survey design enabled a ‘live’ assessment of campaign performance, tracking how its effectiveness built over time. The insight demonstrated how increasing familiarity with the campaign could support lower spending.
