The challenge
Post-COVID, Greene King (GK), the UK’s leading pub company, aimed to attract customers back by focusing on food as a key part of their offering.
Design
We partnered with GK to develop their food innovation programme, which involved creating a customer panel (1,000+) and organising sensory testing events for brands like Chef & Brewer and Hungry Horse.
